<aside> <img src="/icons/info-alternate_orange.svg" alt="/icons/info-alternate_orange.svg" width="40px" /> Students at PAUSD middle and high school students (ages 13 years and older) have access to virtual coaching and counseling sessions with licensed mental health professionals, at no out-of-pocket cost to you. These services are available outside of school hours and during school breaks, including summer.

<aside> <img src="/icons/lock_orange.svg" alt="/icons/lock_orange.svg" width="40px" /> tbh is an online and secure platform for your child to access services. All tbh providers are carefully screened and vetted and each one is a trained mental health profesional.

<aside> <img src="/icons/friends_orange.svg" alt="/icons/friends_orange.svg" width="40px" /> Students will have access to the following services: Non Clinical (Parental consent required for middle school students)

• 1:1 Coaching: Students can connect with a mental health coach for personalized sessions, available in 20 or 40-minute slots, outside of school hours, including weekends and breaks.
• Group Support: Group sessions provide a supportive environment for students to work on various aspects of their mental health, from tackling feelings of isolation to enhancing social skills, outside of school hours.

Clinical (Parental consent required)

• 1:1 Therapy: For a more in-depth approach, students can work with licensed therapists over an 8-week period, scheduled outside of school hours. Participation in tbh therapy sessions requires a referral from your school's wellness staff. Please inquire with your child's counselor.

Self-help resources (Parental consent not required)

• Tbh Toolkit: A collection of curated videos, blogs, and audio content designed to help students work on their mental health independently, accessible at any time </aside>
