Stress 😬 Feeling worried or overwhelmed
Body image 🔍 Physical appearance and how you feel about it.
Gender identity Inner sense of being male, female, or another gender
Self-esteem 💖 How you feel about yourself
Cultural identity 🥐🌮🍙 Understanding your background and culture(s) and how they impact you
Money 🤑 Worrying about money or how you will pay for things
Finding purpose 🔦 Understanding how you are important and how you can impact others
Sexual orientation 🏳️‍🌈 Attraction to an intimate partner of a certain gender
Trauma ❤️‍🩹 Experiencing an event where you feared for your life or safety
Life transitions 😟 Making big changes in your life (moving from middle to high school, becoming an older sibling)
Chronic illness ❤️‍🩹 Serious health problems, often long-term
