Often coaching is less exploratory of the why? or the deeper feelings but instead looks at how that barrier or emotion is impacting the student and tips and tools to help overcoming whatever the student is facing.

Unlike coaching, therapy looks to help heal from past lived experiences and explore those experiences in great depth. Students will still get tips on how to deal with whatever barrier they are facing while also diving into the barrier.
